We at Mia Cake Supplies want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

To complete your return, we require a return merchandise authorization (RMA). Please email us to get your RMA/Credit Order#. To return your product, you should mail your product to: Mia Cake House, 1765 N. University Dr. Plantation, FL 33322.
RETURN POLICY
All return requests for unwanted items must be made within 5 days of receiving the order. Only sealed, unopened and UNUSED merchandise in its original packaging will be accepted. All returned items are subjected to a 15% restocking fee.
Edible food products (including all petal & luster dusts, highlighters, colorings, disco dust, dragees, etc.), pre-made gumpaste flowers and decorations, gold and silver leaf and sprinkles, royal icing decorations, silicone & resin molds, rolling pins, books, magazines, videos, media, turntables, Acrylic cupcake and cake stands, bulk orders, cake pans, all bakeware, air brushes, cake dummies, chocolate transfer sheets, all edible image transfer sheets, discounted items, seasonal and holiday items and special orders are NOT returnable. All gift certificates are non-refundable.
All discontinued and clearance merchandise is non-returnable.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Upon returning your purchase, please make sure to insure your package in the original value of the contents. We won’t be responsible for any missing in transit, or damaged shipment.
To receive credit and have unwanted merchandise picked up: FIRST –email us at shop@miacakehouse.com or call our customer service at 954-319-0939 and obtain a return merchandise authorization number (RMA). Your RMA (return merchandise authorization) number must be clearly printed on the outside of the box. No returns will be accepted without the RMA number clearly printed on the outside of the box.
No returns will be accepted 10 days after an RMA number has been issued to you.
Please ship your package with adequate insurance for the value of the contents. If your merchandise is lost or damaged while returning, Mia Cake Supplies will not assume responsibility.
Enclose the sales receipt from Mia Cake Supplies (or photocopy of original).
Once a return package is received by Mia Cake Supplies a refund will be issued on your credit card.
Damaged Goods / Packaging
If you’ve received a damaged package/broken items, please contact us immediately within 2 business days after delivery. Upon acceptance of the package, please inspect the content immediately. If you find the content unacceptable, contact us with a picture of your damaged package (Shipping box).
PLEASE do not ship the item back before calling and receiving an RMA.
Save your shipping box and packaging! It needs to be inspected by the carrier. Claims cannot
be made for damaged goods if the box is discarded.
Call our customer service number at 954-319-0939 to report damaged goods within 2 days of receipt of product. All damaged items MUST be returned in the original box with the original packing material. If you return a damaged item in any other packaging and the carrier denies the damage claim due to inadequate packaging, we cannot issue a refund to you.
A return merchandise authorization will be given to you and a carrier will pick up your package within 2-3 business days. A refund will be issued to you on your credit card when we receive the damaged goods providing all conditions of our return policy are met or we can ship out a replacement item.
Wrong Item
If you received a wrong item, please email or call us within 3 business days of receiving the package. We’ll process a new shipment for you immediately.

Refused Orders and Undeliverable Orders
Any order sent to a customer that is refused or is undeliverable will be charged the full shipping costs, including return shipping to Mia Cake Supplies costs and a 15% restocking fee. Undeliverable packages include orders with incorrect addresses or orders where the carrier has made several attempts to deliver and no one is available to accept the package.
Returned Orders Due to Incorrect Address
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address given by the customer at the time of ordering, we will re-ship the order at the customers expense. If the customer chooses not to have the order re-shipped, they will be charged a 15% restocking charge plus the original shipping charges.
Pay extra attention to detail when filling out your shipping/billing address information. If you notice any incorrect info, please call/email us immediately. Once your order has been shipped, we can request a package interception there is a $13.00 re-routing fee, issued by the shipping carrier. This fee is non-refundable.
Pickup Orders
Orders requested for pick-up at our Plantation store will be held for a total of 5 business days from the day of fulfillment. An email will be sent once the order has been fulfilled and ready for pick-up. If the order is not picked up within 5 business days we have the right to void the order and process a refund applying a 15% restocking fee.
